Pincher Creek Golf Club is hiring a Clubhouse/Pro-Shop Manager.

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

- Purchasing all supplies & collect revenue from golf, rentals, range balls, food, beverage and merchandise.
- Ensure the highest standards of club service.
- Coordinate marketing and membership communications
- Work with course superintendent, staff and board of directors to ensure scheduling, budgeting and events are streamlined.
- Attend board meetings in an advisory capacity and provide reports, both verbal and written, as necessary.
- Properly manage all aspects of the Clubhouse and Pro Shop Activities and facilities to ensure and maintain the quality of products and service provided by the Club.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation of all facilities and environment.
- Giving direction and work closely with all vendors, contractors, outside firms and individuals providing service to the Club.
- Hiring, training and scheduling of clubhouse staff
- Manage payroll and accounting functions, including day-to-day banking, input day sheets, GST filing, invoicing and billing, etc.
- Serve as liaison between staff and board of directors
- Manage food and beverage services, taking measures to ensure health and safety as well as profitability.
- Organize and manage all golf tournaments including all the internal club tournaments and externally booked ones.
- Organize and manage all club leagues, including collecting fees, posting schedule and paying prizes.
- Organize and promote junior golf program and provide instruction along with volunteers.
- Experience in golf course operations and/or business management
- High School Diploma
- Valid class 5 drivers’ license
- Comfortable with computers, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with the public in a courteous and professional manner
- Experience managing employees
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Golf experience
- Adhere to Golf dress code

Schedule
- April 1st to October 31st annually.
- Primarily Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, however, will be required to fill in evening and weekend shifts if necessary and attend tournaments.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
