**Summary**

We are looking for a post production Coordinator to join our team. Your role will be to support the day-to-day operations of a busy post production & VFX company. We are looking for a team player, an effective communicator and someone who is focused on customer service and looks forward to daily challenges.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaison with Project Manager(s) to ensure the smooth operation of Editorial, Colour and VFX departments and associated processes.
- Aid in clear and up-to-date communication between departments.
- Assist in scheduling resources and staff as required.
- Help receive, track and follow up on elements required for a project: i.e.: stock shots, sound, closed caption files, VFX elements, titles/credits etc.
- Update ShotGrid (Flow) and facility Schedule as required.
- Oversee inventory and vaulted material including receiving, logging, and tracking hard drives, and LTOs, in and out of the facility.
- Prepare courier and shipping for time-sensitive deliverables, send out and track shipping confirmations.
- Share social media content to increase community engagement online.
- Assist in marketing initiatives.

Assist in administrative and operational tasks such as:

- Tracking project budgets, preparing billable items for accounting
- Organizing project-related documents/paperwork
- Coordinating the final wrap and proper storage of production related elements
- Submitting basic human resource functions such as onboarding coordination, scheduling interviews, or organizing HR files
- Assisting accounting team with ad hoc duties i.e. submitting and organizing visa receipts, petty cash, and expense reports

**Requirements**:

- Solid Experience in Film/Television Production, Post-Production, or VFX environment is a mandatory requirement.
- Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in an administrative or customer service-related position.
- Must be able to work independently or within teams.
- Must be able to take direction and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Excel and Word or similar programs.
- Knowledge of ShotGrid (Flow) or comparable post production related software is an asset.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
