Under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor, the Warehouse Team Leader assists in ensuring customer requirements are performed effectively and efficiently. The incumbent provides guidance and instruction to the members of a team for the purpose of achieving a key result. The incumbent also performs warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting.
**Essential Functions**
- Lead an ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
- Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting.
- Allocate resources and organize and distribute daily work duties to members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics.
- Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) using the appropriate leadership styles and methods.
- Assist in proving appropriate orientation for employees and give them the necessary information, technology and tools to perform their jobs.
- Assist with promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
- Deal with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
- Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.

**Qualifications**
- H.S. diploma/GED
- Three (3) years or more in a fast-paced warehouse environment required
- One (1) year or more in the operation of a forklift required
- One (1) year or more in a leadership role required
- Valid forklift operator's license certified

Responsabilités:
- Guider et assurer les efforts d'amélioration continue pour une efficacité optimale des opérations.
- Exécuter des fonctions d'entrepôt, ce qui peut comprendre le chargement, la cueillette, l'emballage, l'expédition, la réception, l'utilisation de chariot élévateur et le cycle d'inventaire.
- Allouer des ressources, organiser et répartir les tâches de travail quotidiennes aux membres afin d'assurer la logistique opérationnelle optimale du quart de travail ou de l'équipe.
- Inspirer et guider les membres de l'équipe vers l'amélioration des indicateurs clés de rendement (KPI) en utilisant les méthodes et les styles de leadership appropriés.
- Aider à démontrer l'orientation appropriée aux employés et leur donner les informations, la technologie et outils nécessaires pour effectuer leur travail.
- Aider à la promotion des méthodes de santé et de sécurité au travail au sein de l'entrepôt.
- Traiter la documentation quotidienne dans un environnement d'entrepôt (feuilles de cueillette, retours, connaissements, etc..).
- Remplir et soumettre des rapports quotidiens et proposer des plans d'action pour améliorer le niveau de service et de l'efficacité des opérations.

Exigences:
- Diplôme général d'études secondaires
- Trois (3) ans ou dans un environnement d'entrepôt au rythme soutenu (Exigé).
- Un (1) an ou dans l'utilisation d'un chariot élévateur (Exigé).
- Un (1) an ou dans un rôle de leadership (Exigé).
- Fortes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite. (Exigé).
- Bonnes compétences en leadership. (Exigé).
- Possède la flexibilité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique, au rythme rapide. (Exigé).
