**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update the **Shopify website**, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Create and organize **product collections, website banners, and promotions**.
- Develop and execute **social media strategies** to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality **graphics, videos, and written content** for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Plan and manage posting schedules using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
- Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments or messages in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and production team to promote new products, sales events, or seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure brand voice and design consistency across all online platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest Shopify updates, social media trends, and creative content strategies.

**Experience & Skills Required**
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in **Shopify website management** or **e-commerce operations**.
- Hands-on experience with **Shopify product uploading, editing, and theme updates**.
- Solid understanding of **social media content creation and engagement strategy**.
- Proficient in **Canva / Photoshop / CapCut** or similar creative design tools.
- Strong **English writing skills** with the ability to craft clear, engaging captions and product descriptions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive and willing to learn new tools or digital marketing techniques.
- **Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is considered an asset.**

**Compensation & Growth**
- **Salary**: CAD 40,000-50,000 annually (depending on experience).
- **Probation**: 3-month probation period.
- **Growth Opportunity**: After the probation period, performance reviews are conducted every 6-9 months with potential salary increases and expanded responsibilities.

**Schedule**
- Full-time, **on-site (not remote)**:

- Monday-Friday

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
