**Facility Maintenance Technician**
Reporting to the Property Manager

As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will routinely perform maintenance procedures, help troubleshoot and quickly repair any mechanical or electrical problems should they arise within the facility. In this role, you will need to have the ability to adapt to changing work environments and projects.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Install and maintain electrical and electronic components on various equipment.
- Utilizes varied skills to help contribute to different ventures, projects, ideas and goals in whatever capacity needed or available
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties
- Assists with the routine and unexpected maintenance of CNC machines and other equipment
- Experienced in operating machinery or equipment, such as forklifts, to move mechanical parts
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures and ensure all equipment is properly guarded and operating in a safe manner.
- Record and Report any equipment or building damages immediately
- Contributes to a positive working environment, assisting other members of the company as needed
- Self-motivated, responsible, well organized, and reliable
- Actively contributes to a clean, organized working environment
- Other duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Electrician Certificate
- Minimum three years maintenance experience
- Understanding of the Electrical Code
- Strong equipment and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- CNC experience is considered an asset
- Relevant trade qualification/training would be considered an asset
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions in English
- Manage time effectively and possess high attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Boom/Scissor Lift experience preferred

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
