**About the Company**

Victory Express Therapeutic Phlebotomy Solutions provides specialized therapeutic blood services to patients across Northern Ontario. We work closely with healthcare providers to ensure safe, timely, and professional care for patients who require therapeutic phlebotomy.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated **Entry-Level Healthcare Outreach Representative** to support our growth in the New Liskeard region. This is a field-based role focused on **in-person visits to clinics and healthcare facilities** to introduce our services, build professional awareness, and support referral relationships.

This is an **entry-level position**. Full training will be provided. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are the most important requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **in-person visits to 8-12 clinics and healthcare facilities** per shift
- Introduce Victory Express services to **office managers, nurses, and providers**:

- Distribute referral and information packages
- Request **referrals and practitioner endorsements**:

- Book follow-up meetings and return visits
- Maintain a **clinic visit tracking log**:

- Submit a **written end-of-day activity report**:

- Represent the company in a **professional and respectful manner**

**Qualifications**
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with medical staff and clinic administrators
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Must have **valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle**:

- Comfortable working independently once trained
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, outreach, or sales is an asset but **not required**:

- Professional appearance and attitude required

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **$200 per workday (8 hours)**:

- **Gas/mileage reimbursed** (with travel log)
- Training provided
- Opportunity for role expansion as the company grows

**Contract Terms**
- Independent contractor position
- Initial **60-90 day trial period**:

- Biweekly payment upon submission of completed shift report
- Ongoing contract based on performance
