Community Outreach Representative

Fairy Stone Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned business based in New Westminster. We’re looking for a **friendly, local representative** to help us connect with homeowners and spread the word about our heat pump and HVAC services.
This is a **commission-based role with a per-lead bonus** — you’ll earn a percentage from every successful installation that comes from your referrals, plus a flat fee for every homeowner who books a quote through you, even if they don’t proceed with an install.
It’s a flexible opportunity perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with the community and prefers results-based earnings.
**This is not a sales position.** You are not expected to close deals. Your job is to introduce people to our services and pass along interested contacts to our team.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Engage with local homeowners to introduce Fairy Stone Heating & Air Conditioning
- Inform them about current rebates and energy-efficient upgrade options
- Collect contact information from interested homeowners who want a quote
- Forward leads to our office team for follow-up
- Represent our business in a professional, polite, and friendly manner
**Compensation**:
- **Commission-based pay**: Percentage from each successful installation. $300 per installation.
- **Per-Lead Bonus**: Flat fee for every qualified lead (homeowner who books a quote through you)
- **No hourly wage** — earnings are based on successful referrals and booked quotes
- Flexible hours: you choose when and how much you work
