We are currently seeking an experienced Wood Stainer/Finisher to join our Custom Shop team on a full-time, permanent basis.

**Position Summary**

The Wood Finisher (Sprayer) is responsible for staining and finishing numerous wood accessories for our sales locations and customers across North America.

**What You’ll Do**
- Staining and finishing wood accessories to match color and texture of various wood flooring products
- Mix and prepare finishing ingredients to desired colors or shades
- Work off master samples of our flooring products to create consistent color formulas
- Complete touch ups, where required
- Conducting quality control on all finished products
- Ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner and that deadlines are met
- Comply with company safety policies
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Computer literacy and experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and written
- Problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn, patience and a positive attitude
- Self-starter and ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong work ethic and open to learning new skills.
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills

**Experience & Education**
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a spray booth
- Stain matching/finishing experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
