**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and finish wood surfaces, including sanding, priming, painting, staining, and varnishing.
- Ensure consistent color matching and a flawless finish on all products.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
- Work in an environment with dust, noise and paint products.

- Reliable: Dependable in completing tasks on time and adhering to safety standards without supervision.

- Proven experience as a painter/finisher in a millwork, cabinetry, or similar setting.

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
