As a key member of the Compounding team, you will maintain high manufacturing efficiencies while delivering a quality product in a safe and clean environment.

**Shifts Available**:
Night Shift 10:30pm - 6:45am

**As a Compounder, you will**:

- Batch/Mix liquids
- Plan and coordinate equipment and facility requirements to meet short and long term scheduling objectives.
- Assist in developing more junior staff through training.
- Improve the profitability by output and efficiency of the batch.
- Follow GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations/guidelines.
- Follow SOP’s in compliance with government GMP’s and corporate objectives.
- Ensure the schedule is followed to meet set timelines.
- Manufacture pilot batches and participate in troubleshooting problem batches.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc. in Sciences is desired but not required.
- 3+ years of compounding experience.
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Basic math skills.
- Problem solving, decision making skills and troubleshooting capabilities

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
