**Job Summary**:
The Visual Merchandiser (corporate) is responsible for the creation of visual merchandising plans reflective of Joe Fresh brand standards. They will support and collaborate with the Director of Visual Merchandising and cross functional partners to deliver visual merchandising plans that aligns with brand strategies and initiatives.

**What You Will Do**:

- Build compelling visual merchandising plans for a variety of store models in Mock Shop
- Ensure all seasonal strategies, key items, and key looks are represented in each model; ensure overall clarity of offer is maintained across all stores
- Confirm that product fits properly on fixtures; ensure folded styles are in fabrications that lend themselves to being folded
- Partner with category managers and allocators to ensure the right product is featured in the appropriate store models plans
- Prepare store communications relating to in-season merchandising initiatives and promotions
- Work cross functionally with marketing team to ensure stores are provided the correct marketing materials
- Assist with showroom setups for quarterly line reviews and media previews
- Support in store as needed for merchandising workshops, corporate walk throughs, and special events

**What You Will Bring**:

- 3-5+ years working as a visual merchandiser for an apparel brand
- 1-2+ years working in a corporate visual merchandising role is preferred
- Keen eye for detail; knowledge of trends, colour theory and visual merchandising is essential
- Strong understanding of brand imaging and seasonal strategizing is key, as well as an understanding of assortment and space planning
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work cross functionally with internal partners at various levels
- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Excel
