**Job Profile: JOE FRESH VISUAL MERCHANDISER**
**Reports to**:SENIOR DIRECTOR, NATIONAL STORE OPERATIONS
**Why is this role important**:
The In-Store Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating a dynamic apparel shopping environment in multiple grocery store locations that is reflective of Joe Fresh brand standards. Using the presentation of products and promotional activities, helps to improve sales and the profitability of the store.
**Key Accountabilities**:
Supports the execution of merchandising directives and standards in store:
- ensuring overall clarity of offer with each delivery
- all key initiatives are executed or adapted and key items and looks are represented in each model
- adapt merchandising where necessary to ensure product fits properly onto fixtures in regards to fixture fill/fixture height/merchandising techniques
- colour flow is relevant to an overall colour story or theme; adjacencies taken into consideration
- strike zone fixtures feature products that reflect a great value message
- endcap statements are compelling and seasonally relevant to capture consumer’s attention
- validates marketing and identifies opportunities to enhance product
**What you bring**:
- 3-5 yrs minimum instore working experience as a visual merchandiser for an apparel brand
- 1-3 yrs of supervisory experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with occasional travel to meet the needs of the business.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Knowledge of trends and colours, follows fashion
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising theory
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
