- Confidently guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience.
- Present Rogers promotions and offers in a persuasive, results-focused manner that highlights value.
- Consistently drive daily and weekly sales performance, aiming not just to meet but exceed targets as a Rogers Enrollment Representative.
- Compete with peers in a high-energy environment, using performance metrics as motivation to push further.
- Adapt strategies on the spot to maximize conversions and overcome customer hesitations.
- Collaborate with teammates to share winning approaches while maintaining individual accountability for results.
- Uphold professionalism and integrity while representing Arora Growth Solutions and Rogers with pride and determination.
