As a Sales & Customer Representative, you’ll play a key role in promoting and selling Rogers residential services, including high-speed internet, TV packages, and wireless plans. You’ll connect with customers to understand their needs, present tailored Rogers solutions, and guide them through the complete sales process—from initial engagement to final enrollment. This role is ideal for driven individuals who enjoy helping customers and representing a respected telecom brand.

**Essential Functions of the Sales & Customer Representative Role**
- Engage directly with residential customers to promote and sell Rogers home services, including internet, TV, security and mobile plans.
- Conduct personalized needs assessments to understand each customer’s current setup and recommend Rogers solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Rogers products, emphasizing speed, reliability, and bundled savings.
- Support customers through the full enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial contact to activation.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and service targets, contributing to team goals and overall campaign success.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using our CRM system for seamless follow-up and reporting.
- Represent Rogers with professionalism and integrity, delivering a customer-first experience that builds trust and long-term loyalty.

**Education & Experience Needed for the Sales & Customer Representative Role**
- A High School Diploma or GED is required to be considered for this role.
- Previous experience in customer-facing environments—such as sales, retail, hospitality, or call centers—is a strong asset, though not mandatory.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, with a competitive drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Possesses excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Maintains a professional, positive attitude in all customer interactions and team settings.
