**Job description**
- We are looking for a dynamic Administrative-Accounting Assistant to join our team_

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Bookkeeping**:SAGE 50**-Simply Accounting program: accounting entries and monthly bank reconciliations accounts payable and receivable, writing checks, making deposits, issuing donation tax receipts
- Reception and communication: responding to calls and corresponding in writing in English and in French.
- General office functions: updating data base of client information, processing client files, staff time sheets, entering payroll, preparing charts, letters, calendars of activities, and documents for various committees, completing inventory of supplies and orders.
- Participation at annual special events
- Maintaining confidentiality of administrative information and information regarding clients
- Responsible for prioritizing tasks as determined by the organization
**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- **SAGE 50**-Simply Accounting program and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
- Very good knowledge of **English and French**, verbal and written
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate with clients and work in a team.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Attestation d’études professionnelles (AEP), Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP), or equivalent work experience
- 6 months minimum work experience in administration and accounting

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSAB**I**LITÉS**
Tenu de livres et comptabilité : logiciel SAGE 50-Simple Comptable : Écritures comptables et rapprochements bancaires mensuels, comptes fournisseurs et débiteurs, émission de chèques et de reçus pour dons; effectuer les dépôts.
Accueil et communication : répondre aux appels, correspondance écrite en anglais et en français.
Fonctions générales de bureau : mise à jour de la base de données des clients, traitement des dossiers clients, traitement des feuilles de temps du personnel, saisie de la paie, préparation de tableaux, de lettres, de calendriers d'activités et de documents pour divers comités, réalisation de l'inventaire des fournitures et des commandes ;
Participation à des événements spéciaux annuels ;
Maintenir la confidentialité des renseignements administratifs et des renseignements concernant les clients ;
**COMPÉTENCES** **REQUISES**
Connaissance des logiciels **SAGE 50-Simple Comptable** et de MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) ;
Très bonne connaissance du **français et de l’anglais**, parlé et écrit ;
Bonnes capacités organisationnelles et à travailler de façon autonome ;
Maintenir une bonne collaboration avec les clients et les collègues de travail.
**ÉDUCATION ET EXPÉRIENCE**
Attestation d’études professionnelles (AEP), Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) ou une expérience de travail équivalente;
6 mois minimum d'expérience de travail en administration et comptabilité.
