**We are recruiting for Repairs Department Manager.**

Repairs Department Manager is responsible for staff supervision, timesheets, follow-ups with the Repair Team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assigns projects to teams according to priorities and follows up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Follows safety guidelines.
- Train the employees of his/her team.
- Ensure that work is done in a safe manner.
- Interpret plans, specifications, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures.
- Completes progress reports and maintains log of repairs.
- Other related duties.

**PREREQUISITES**:

- Experience in a similar position is a must.
- Ability to work and manage a team.
- Likes to work outdoors.
- Likes manual labor.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Punctual and resourceful.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Leadership skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
