**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the efficient and effective management of the operations of the Association
- Implement and maintain policies, plans and directives of the Board
- Serve as a liaison between the Board and the office staff
- Manage the affairs of the Association including the day-to-day direction and activities of its staff
- Be accountable for the financial affairs of the Association including managing the budget
- Represent the Association as directed by the Board

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in management, or similar executive role
- Excellent understanding of not-for-profit organizations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with budgets and financial statements
- Proficient with all Microsoft products
- Experience with real estate is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (required)
