**Warehouse Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:
You are responsible for
- Revising and improving warehouse rules and regulations and operating standards
- Participate in the review of the rules and regulations and operating standards of departments at the same level
- Form preparation and document review and approve
- Responsible for planning and management of warehouse area
- Plan inventory count, arrange system document to meet deadline, inventory data preparation, initial inventory count time and inventory counting staff arrangement
- Supervise inventory counting progress, review and confirm inventory data, and analyze inventory differences
- Supervise the management of sluggish materials and defective materials, and master the processing progress
- Responsible for warehouse safety, fire inspection, and supervision of 7S implementation
- Responsible for the department's management of inventory receiving, inspecting, issuing, warehousing, and preparing materials

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- College degree or above, more than two years of warehouse management experience
- Familiar with warehouse operation procedures and understand the storage methods of electronic and other materials
- Proficient in operating ERP system
- Strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, cost-saving awareness, and certain management skills
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written in both Chinese and English languages

岗位职责：
1.负责修订、完善仓库规章制度、作业标准；        
2.参与同级部门规章制度、作业标准的评审；  
3.本部门表单制作、单据的审核签发；      
4.负责仓库区域进行规划和管理；  
5.制定盘点计划，安排系统单据截止时间、盘点资料制作时间、初盘时间、抽盘时间及抽盘人员的安排；

6.监督盘点进度、审核并确认盘点资料、分析盘点差异；        
7.监督呆滞物料的管理，及不良物料的管理，并掌握处理进度；          
8.负责仓库安全、消防检查、监督落实7S；
9.负责部门收货、验货、发料、入库、备料等管理工作。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，两年以上仓库管理工作经验；
2、熟悉仓库运作流程，了解电子等材料保管方法；
3、能熟练操作ERP系统:
3、沟通表达能力强、责任心强、有节约成本意识、有一定管理能力

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
