**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing goods.
- Use Excel to track inventory, create reports, and perform data analysis to support warehouse management.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Lift and move heavy objects, following proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics, resolve discrepancies, and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and order-related issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and warehouse optimization initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of various roles and tasks within the company.
- Demonstrate proficiency in multiple areas and perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adaptability in various work environments.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to effectively handle different roles within the company.
- To perform additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or relevant certifications are a plus).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formula creation, and report generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 20 lbs) and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is an asset.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to warehouse operations.
