We are looking for a Managing Broker to lead a team of professional rental and strata managers.

Strata Property Management License is is mandatory.

This Managing Broker thrives on leading, coaching and developing others in their pursuit of the rental and strata management profession.

Position responsibilities including but not limited to the following duties:

- To ensure that the brokerage complies with BCFSA Rules, Residential Tenancy Act, Strata Property Act, and Strata Property Regulations. Lead regular staff meetings (for ongoing training, performance reviews, policy updates, and any other market updates).

Responsible for hiring and management of new managers, administration and accounting staff. Regular tracking/monitoring of key metrics that drive company revenue and increase efficiency.

Define, monitor and track managers’ and other staff members’ KPIs - conduct performance review meetings once every month.

To ensure brokerage corporate policies and standards are being met by ALL staff in the brokerage.

Provide guidance to resolve problems and complications that arise from the managed properties.

Provide assistance and advice to managers as needed.

Assist with conflict resolution with clients and handle the issues in a professional and positive manner.

**Salary**: $5,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
