**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Multi Skilled Professional to join our growing exterior building supply business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is comfortable with customer interaction, and is eager to grow into a well-rounded role with estimating, field support, and deliveries. Willingness to learn is just as important as experience-we're happy to train the right person.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Multi Skilled Professional will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Prepare estimates for residential siding, stone, doors, and windows (training provided).
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
- Create material takeoffs and job-site supply lists.
- Communicate with contractors and homeowners to coordinate details.
- Assist with deliveries, pick ups, and material handling.
- Operate a forklift and assist in warehouse or yard tasks.
- Use basic computer tools and supplier systems for quoting and tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to be certified).
- Comfortable with basic computer use and job-site technology.
- Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn new skills.
