We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individual to join our Operations Team as a **Multi-Unit / District Manager who has experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales by ensuring locations deliver exceptional guest service, including but not limited to high standards of guest service, guest satisfaction and quality and cleanliness in the restaurant
- Ensure locations follow all in-house and corporate policies and procedures
- Focus on meeting targets and goals including but not limited to food, paper and labour with Management Teams
- Coach Managers on a day-to-day basis to help them achieve specific restaurant goals and targets
- Lead by example when it comes to day-to-day operations in the restaurant

**Qualifications**:

- 7-10 years of multi-unit management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, with responsibility for overseeing multiple locations.
- Experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost control to ensure profitability across all units.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in developing and coaching teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Operational expertise in guest service and quality control in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team.
