**Skilled Commercial Tradesman** We are looking to fill a combined position of Skilled Labourer, Semi-Skilled Carpenter, and Pre-Engineered Building Erector. This multi-skilled role is viewed as a craft and is highly valuable to our organization due to its demanding and diverse nature. You will not be performing the same tasks every day. We are a medium sized General Contractor and Pre-Engineered Building supplier/erector based out the Moncton area since 1970. We understand that not everyone will come with a complete skill set; we are looking for the right person who has the desire to build on their existing and acquire or improve these skills. We will not request or follow up on references until after your first interview, at which point you may choose to provide them. **Compensation**: This position is hourly with a rate based on proven skill, attitude and aptitude. The low-end starting rate is $22.00/hour. If your skill set or aptitude is not worth this then you are the wrong person. If you come with a higher-level skill set, we will gladly pay for it. **Benefits**: - Group Extended Health Care - Group Dental - Personal Tool program - Structured RRSP plan with employer contribution. - Structured TFSA savings plan. - Training and education program. - Sport Sponsorship Program (We will pay registration fees for children’s organized sports) - Work clothing (swag) **Qualifications and Experience**: - Proven experience in commercial construction or in a similar role. - Proficient knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction. - Rough carpentry experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is an asset. - Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at an acceptable level; French is not required but will be an asset. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Perform physical labor. - Review job site needs and take direction from leadership, aiming to work independently over time. - Assist with safety requirements, rough carpentry, site logistics, and building erection. - Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and job site security. - Participate in daily Pre-Task Plans and follow safety protocols, including appropriate PPE use. Follow all site safety procedures and practices. - Operate or learn to operate equipment (e.g., forklifts, manlifts, skid steers). - Contribute to erecting steel structures, metal wall panels, roofing systems, and trim components on occasion. - Work at heights and in various weather conditions for extended periods. - Communicate and collaborate e
