Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in Product Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative and appealing menus that meet culinary objectives.

Food Preparation: Oversee food preparation activities, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in all food products produced in the commissary.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving of supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.

Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and sanitation practices.

Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen operations during service hours, ensuring smooth workflow, timely preparation of orders, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food, sanitation practices, and equipment maintenance.

Team Leadership: Lead by example, motivating and inspiring kitchen staff to perform at their best while fostering a positive work environment.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that arise in the kitchen, implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Experience working with asian flavours. Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality, creativity, and attention to detail. Food handler certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $56,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
