PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

**Create a positive guest experience through communications, interactions and adherence to the steps of service**

**Knowledgeable of all food and beverage items in order to make authentic suggestions**

**Accurate order taking, utilizing seat specific order taking and POS entries**

**Ensure the dining room is meeting the service standards we guarantee to our residents through constant communication with guests**

**Manage the service bar**

**Maintain a clean and organized bar area**

**Maintain beer and liquor levels**

**General drink knowledge, so as to effectively communicate specials in the bar**

**Manage inventory of all beverages and bar supplies, assist manager**

**Be aware of dietary allergies**

**Follow all food and beverage safety standards**

**Assist the team and manager with other duties as assigned or required**

**Work alternate weekends**

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

**Smart Serve and Food Safety Certified an asset**

**Customer service focused**

**Experience as a server an asset**

**Strong oral and written communication skills**

**Ability to multi task**

**Experience working with seniors an asset**

**Ability to stand for long periods of time**

**Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs**

**Must have schedule flexibility**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
