**E-Commerce Manager**

Ultimate Tools is currently seeking an Ecommerce Manager to be based in our Burnaby Retail

Ultimate Tools is a family business which was one of the original Shopify sites back in 2008. We have an amazing following both online and in store and our team is very driven.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage our online store with the ability to control the online operational cost
- Create Customer Loyalty and Web Growth
- Manage and Execute social media and marketing campaigns
- Manage daily operations of online business and work with your team to ensure sales goals and customer satisfaction is met.
- Maintain our Point of Sale Database which needs to jive with our Online Store when it comes to consistency and pricing
- Providing data analysis and insights on customer shopping trends and identify potential opportunity gaps.
- Initiate and execute online web shop marketing strategy
- Ensure products, brands and categories are well merchandised and appealing to our customers.
- Monitor site conversions and optimize as appropriate.
- Responsible for overall user experience of the store
- Oversee the technical operations of the store.

Klaviyo.
- Other tasks assigned by the Marketing Director.

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years of ecommerce experience with an entrepreneur mentality.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Not afraid of getting your hands dirty. Experience in building process and operations from scratch.
- Understanding Woodworking Tools and Machines is a definite asset however not necessary
- Data driven and optimization capabilities with Google Analytics.
- Strong customer service, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a high-paced environment and work under pressure and changes from time to time.

**Salary**: $62,166.00-$65,740.00 per year
