**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Foster a calm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom that encourages independence, discovery, and creativity.
- Implement developmentally appropriate, play-based experiences inspired by Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, families, and team members through consistent communication and respect.
- Observe and document learning, growth, and developmental milestones through the Blüm Learning Story format.
- Maintain classroom order, cleanliness, and preparedness in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, team meetings, and reflective practice to continuously enhance quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Campus Leadership Team to uphold the Blüm philosophy, culture, and operational excellence.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Alberta Child Development Supervisor (Level 2 or 3) certification.
- Current Child Care First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Experience working in an early learning or Montessori/Reggio-inspired setting preferred.
- A calm, professional presence and ability to model mindfulness, patience, and positivity.

Pay: $17.75-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
