**Hello**

**We are currently looking for a Experienced Line cook with experience specifically making Pasta at high volume, with precision, and attention to detail. We are a Modern Italian restaurant, open 7 days a week for night service only and occasionally do frequent private events for Lunch.**

**Responsibilities**:

- be punctual and can work night shifts at least 5 days a week
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Clean up and keep station sanitized at all times
- Stock inventory appropriately, making sure to use products in order
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards with clients and staff
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of fine dining experience, both working hot and cold stations.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Culinary school diploma a plus but not necessary
- Excellent knife skills

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 50 per week
