**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Micros POS system
- Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and kitchen
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring timely service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures within the kitchen
