**Job Overview**
Are you reliable, physically capable, and looking for a foot in the door with a growing local business? At **The Swim Space**, we’re looking for someone with grit, hustle, and good vibes to help us keep our swim school running smoothly from behind the scenes.

This isn’t just a cleaning job — it’s the first step on a path that could take you into pool operations, facility management, or beyond. We’ll train you on everything — we just need you to bring the work ethic.

**Duties**
- Daily cleaning of our facility, including changerooms, washrooms, lobby, and pool deck
- Lifting, scrubbing, and using mechanical cleaning equipment (we’ll teach you how)
- Keeping swim gear organized and sanitized for our instructors and little swimmers
- Opening and closing tasks as part of a facility maintenance routine
- Pool Chemical tests and recording (we'll teach you how)
- Working **independently** and taking **ownership** of your shift

**Who You Are**
- Physically able to lift, bend, carry, and operate cleaning equipment
- Responsible, reliable, and comfortable working alone
- Detail-oriented with pride in a job well done
- Punctual and trustworthy — you know how to show up and follow through
- You have reliable transportation

**What You’ll Learn**
- How a purpose-built swim facility runs behind the scenes
- Best practices in health, safety, and sanitation (we’ll train you fully)

**Schedule**

This is a **part-time position across 6 days per week**.
- Weekdays_
- 3 hours/day anytime between **5:00 AM - 1:00 PM**
- Weekends_
- 2 hours/day during **either Morning**: 5:00 AM - 7:30 AM **OR Evening**: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM

You choose the time block that works for you — as long as the job gets done, we’re flexible.
