Sales and Construction Estimator/project Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Steel Building Solutions sector for commercial and industrial projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to understand client needs and offer tailored steel building solutions.
- **Project Management**:

- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement to project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality steel building projects on time and within scope.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on steel building solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and managing expectations throughout the sales and project processes.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, project milestones, and market insights to the leadership team.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Develop a deep understanding of steel building systems and technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to customize solutions based on project requirements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably within the Steel Building Solutions industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial construction processes, with a focus on steel building solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
