**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
- Present product offerings and demonstrate their benefits to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive approach to selling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sales tools for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving business success.
- Previous experience in Pre Engineered Steel Building sales or customer service and willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week
