Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and attentive service to our merchants through various channels.
- Investigate issues thoroughly to find quick solutions and provide long-term, customized fixes.
- Work with different teams across the organization to resolve merchant concerns promptly.
- Proactively engage with merchants to identify, address, and resolve underlying issues impacting their experience.
- Contact merchants with unresolved issues to offer helpful solutions and improve satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of merchant interactions to improve efficiency and speed up resolution time.

Qualifications:

- ** Fluent in English/French is a must.**:

- Prior experience in customer service, retention, or sales.
- Strong in communication, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong resolve and a ‘solution-based approach’ mentality
- Comfortable and versatile when working in a lively environment with various tasks.

Responsabilités principales:

- Fournir un service convivial et attentif à nos commerçants via différents canaux.
- Offrir un support de deuxième niveau et une expertise technique aux agents du support de premier niveau.
- Enquêter de manière approfondie sur les problèmes afin de trouver des solutions rapides et de fournir des corrections personnalisées à long terme.
- Travailler avec différentes équipes au sein de l'organisation afin de résoudre rapidement les problèmes des commerçants.
- Communiquer de manière proactive avec les commerçants afin d'identifier, de traiter et de résoudre les problèmes sous-jacents qui affectent leur expérience.
- Contacter les commerçants ayant des problèmes non résolus afin de leur proposer des solutions utiles et d'améliorer leur satisfaction.
- Conserver des enregistrements détaillés des interactions avec les commerçants afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et d'accélérer le temps de résolution.

Qualifications:

- **Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est une nécessité.**:

- Expérience préalable dans le service à la clientèle, la fidélisation ou la vente.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en organisation, en hiérarchisation des priorités et en gestion du temps.
- Forte détermination et mentalité axée sur les solutions.
- À l'aise et polyvalent(e) dans un environnement dynamique avec des tâches variées.
- Fiable et déterminé(e) à fournir un excellent service qui contribuera à renforcer la réputation de Nuvei.

Working Language
- English (written and spoken) is the language used 99% of the time, as work colleagues and clientele are both geographically dispersed within and outside of Quebec
- Internal communications between colleagues occur in English or in French, depending on the parties involved. Strategic suppliers are located outside of Quebec
- A basic knowledge of French is required for any position located within Quebec. English is required for this position, as it could report to someone outside of Quebec, and requires frequent out of province communications

Langue de travail
- Le travail se fait 99% en anglais (parlé et écrit) l’équipe de travail et la clientèle desservie étant dispersés géographiquement au Québec et hors-Québec.
- Les communications à l’interne entre collègues se font en français ou en anglais selon les interlocuteurs. Les fournisseurs stratégiques sont à l’extérieur du Québec.
- Une connaissance fonctionnelle du français est exigée pour tout poste situé au Québec. La connaissance de l’anglais pour ce poste est nécessaire, le titulaire se rapportant hors Québec et étant appelé à communiquer fréquemment avec l’extérieur du Québec dans le cadre de ses fonctions.
