We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team. Capital Appliance Repair is a trusted appliance repair company providing fast and reliable service to customers. We are looking for a motivated **Call Centre Representative** to join our growing team. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for helping others and possess strong communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Book and confirm service appointments
- Provide accurate information about services, fees, and timelines
- Handle customer concerns and escalate when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the system
- Process payments when required

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using scheduling

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
