Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time **Ancillary Revenue Analyst**, to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The Ancillary Revenue Analyst will be working a hybrid work arrangement based out of the **Vancouver, BC (YVR)** office and some travel may be required.
**Position Overview**:
Ancillary revenue is critical to flair’s high load factor, and unbundled business model. The Ancillary Revenue Analyst will be responsible for driving revenue generation by leveraging data to inform pricing and product decisions across flair’s portfolio of ancillary product lines.
The Ancillary Revenue Analyst works in a fast-paced and ever-changing commercial environment.
**Primary Job Functions**:
The duties of the Ancillary Revenue Analyst** **include:
- Drive optimization of ancillary revenue pricing through quantitative analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Manage multivariate testing to inform upsell-maximizing UI/UX design.
- Analyze customer shopping behavior and action appropriate tactics to maximize revenue generation.
- Establish meaningful reporting on ancillary revenue. Identify areas of success and recommend improvements on areas of weakness.
- Work with stakeholders across the Commercial team to bring a data lens to ancillary revenue generation throughout the customer journey (Marketing, Distribution, Revenue Management, Ecommerce).
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similar is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent analytical or data science skills.
- Crystal clear written and verbal communication.
- Able to see the opportunities and challenge the status quo.
- Experience in a low-cost or growing airline is a plus.
- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory references.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
