**Position Overview**:
The Airport Ancillary Program Supervisor will be responsible for driving best-in-class revenue collection across Flair’s portfolio of airport stations by ensuring optimized processes and training are in place and service providers operate in compliance with them. This will include reviewing performance against company objectives, methods to improve compliance and drive engagement by the front lines, and the development of strategic plans to implement process and training changes. This role will be required to work with a high level of collaboration with other departments and stakeholders.

**Primary Job Functions**:
The primary responsibility of the Airport Ancillary Program Supervisor will be ownership of all programs involving revenue collection and generation in the airport environment, driving higher revenue per passenger collection. This will include:

- Ensure Flair’s processes are optimized to facilitate the collection of fees at the airport during check-in and boarding
- Maximize revenue generation from each product by ensuring knowledge, training, and resources for the front lines
- Collaborate with the data analyst team to collect and review data to gain insights and target improvements within the operation
- Meet KPI targets for Flair’s collection of ancillary fees at the airport as part of the airline’s strategy
- Monitor the performance of 3rd party ground handlers and collaborate with Regional Managers to implement performance improvement plans
- Close collaboration with the commercial ancillary team to ensure harmony between the commercial roadmaps/initiatives and the impacts within the airport operations
- Close collaboration with the marketing team to optimize messaging and customer communication to drive higher awareness of airport experience relating to passenger ancillary products
- Drive strategies and long-term vision to build a best-in-class airport experience to optimize compliance and sales of ancillary products at the airport
- Develop methods to collect feedback from front-line members to identify improvements and opportunities

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- ** Education**:

- University or College Degree/Diploma in Aviation Manager, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- ** Experience**:

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operational, training, or commercial roles, preferably within the airline or travel industry
- Experience in ancillary revenue or operations management roles in the airline or travel industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in operational or commercial roles within the airline or travel industry
- ** Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong planning, analytical, and coordination skills
- Proven ability to translate strategic concepts into actionable plans with measurable outcomes
- Proficient in analyzing ancillary revenue statistics, developing collection strategies, and ensuring compliance
- Innovative mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities and challenging conventional practices
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive results
- Comfortable working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and managing a high volume of activities
