**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Creating and maintaining great relationships with all customers.
- Responding to and resolving escalated issues and complex requests from clientele.
- Overseeing sales at each location.
- Monitoring workloads of their team and adjusting to ensure adequate coverage of service across all areas and locations.
- Creating procedures and ensuring that correct procedures are followed.
- Collaborating and working closely with our Head of Marketing and Communications and Director of Camp Operations.
- Identifying systems and workflow improvements to enhance their team's efficiency.
- Helping with meeting and/or exceeding monthly sales and registration goals for each location.
- Tracking their team's schedules & hours for payroll.
- Hiring, training, managing and delegating tasks to their CSRs.
- Finding and generating location specific leads that bring in clients for each location.
- Ensuring that all weekly invoices and payments are up to date.
- Suggesting improvements for success.
- Other duties that may be created or delegated to them

**Qualifications**
- Familiarity with Amilia, Cisco, RingCentral and hubspot.
- Experience in a management position is required.
- Experience in customer support and sales are required.
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Experience working with a ‘parent’ clientele is a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
