**About the role**
**Responsibilities**- Creating and maintaining great relationships with all customers.- Responding to and resolving escalated issues and complex requests from clientele.- Overseeing sales at each location.- Monitoring workloads of their team and adjusting to ensure adequate coverage of service across all areas and locations.- Creating procedures and ensuring that correct procedures are followed.- Collaborating and working closely with our Head of Marketing and Communications and Director of Camp Operations.- Identifying systems and workflow improvements to enhance their team's efficiency.- Helping with meeting and/or exceeding monthly sales and registration goals for each location.- Tracking their team's schedules & hours for payroll.- Hiring, training, managing and delegating tasks to their CSRs.- Finding and generating location specific leads that bring in clients for each location.- Ensuring that all weekly invoices and payments are up to date.- Suggesting improvements for success.- Other duties that may be created or delegated to them
**Qualifications**- Familiarity with Amilia, Cisco, RingCentral and hubspot.- Experience in a management position is required.- Experience in customer support and sales are required.- Bilingual (English and French).- Experience working with a ‘parent’ clientele is a strong asset.
