**Head of product**

As Head of Product, we expect you to make product features decisions, technology direction and lead the product team through well defined, well designed, fully tested and fully documented projects.

**Key responsibilities**
- **Product Strategy**: Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's strategic goals. Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond.
- ** Product Leadership**: Lead and inspire the product team, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and support needed to deliver product objectives.
- ** Collaboratio**n: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure the product meets market needs and drives customer satisfaction.
- ** Innovation**: Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity within the product and engineering teams, driving continuous improvement of the product portfolio.
- ** Product Development Process**: Establish and optimize product development processes. Ensure the engineering team adheres to established coding standards and employs best practices.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the product development process.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the production of high-quality, reliable, and scalable products

**Minimum qualifications**
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in leading a team
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Javascript software development
- Portfolio of products and solutions that demonstrate the technical expertise
