Prouse Plumbing, Heating & Electrical Supply is seeking a customer-oriented **Retail Sales Coordinator** to join our thriving family business and contribute to our growth and success.

**What you’ll do**:

- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, goal setting, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base; generate leads; build and nurture client relationships
- Research consumer needs, trends and products, and identify solutions
- Continuously develop personal leadership and training skills; ensure the team is using effective sales tactics to maintain a high level of performance
- Oversee the sales team, ensure quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team, providing coaching and mentorship; Assist with recruitment; train, motivate, and advise new sales representatives

**What you bring**:

- ** Education**: High school diploma or GED
- ** Experience**: Previous experience of Sales Representative, or a similar role in the Sales or Retail industry is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information regarding the store and items to the customer
- Professional, courteous, energetic, and resilient
- Knowledge of the industry preferred
- Strong math skills, able to quickly calculate sales and negotiate with customers
- Ability to think quickly and problem solve, while offering outstanding customer service every time
