The accountability & hard work of this role will be key in achieving this.
**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Prospecting**: Research and identify new business opportunities in the GTA and Southern Ontario cafe market, helping to build a strong pipeline for the sales team.
- **Sales Day Planning**: Coordinate sales routes and meetings for the sales team.
- **Sales Visit Notes**: Record key insights and outcomes from sales meetings (as per voice recordings from sales team) in the CRM system and schedule relevant follow up tasks.
- **Sales Follow-Ups**: Ensure timely follow-up after sales visits, confirming receipt of pricing/samples/etc, addressing questions, and gathering further requirements to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- **Telemarketing**: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products, identify sales opportunities, and schedule follow-up visits.
- **Onboarding New Customers**: Coordinate the customer onboarding process with the Customer Service team.
- **Incoming Inquiries**: Handle inbound inquiries from customers and prospects.
- **Quoting**: Prepare and send accurate quotes for products and services based on customer needs and pricing guidelines.
- **Marketing Support**:Coordinate marketing related activities including
- Work with graphic designer to prepare marketing materials like flyers, etc
- Website updates as needed
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a sales related role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, etc).
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to visit customers when needed.
**What We Offer**
- $55,000 base salary
- Performance bonuses based on KPI’s (up to $20k/yr with top performance)
