**Industrial Painter** for the
**Langley** manufacturing team. This position will report to the
**General Foreman**.

What you will do:

Estimate the quantity of material required by measuring surfaces or reviewing a work order
- Prepare the surface by cleaning, filling nail holes and cracks, and sanding rough spots to smooth the area for painting
- Use premixed paints, or by mixing colour and pigment with oil and thinning and drying additives, to match specified colours

Your qualifications:

Completion of Grade 10 (Preference will be given to high school graduates.)
- Experience in Industrial Painting is considered an asset

Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others
- Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Excellent safety record
