**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, ensuring efficient operation and high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Manage the front office team, providing training and support to enhance performance and service quality.
- Handle patient inquiries, insurance claims and office financial affairs in a professional manner.
- Maintain proper schedule and proper billings for patients
- Oversee the operation of multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication with guests and staff.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and enhance guest services.
- Monitor front desk operations during peak periods to ensure timely service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry; hotel experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling high call volumes effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to excellence in hospitality.
