Mississauga, Canada Stone Edge Marble & Granite Inc. Full time

Stone Edge Marble & Granite Inc is seeking a Project Scheduler for our Mississauga Office. The role is key to our customers experience when dealing their Stone Countertop needs. This person will be working closely with many of our partners including Kitchen & Bath Companys, Designers, Contractors & Builders to cordinate template and installation schedules.

The persons hired will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform Scheduling for all stages of projects: Template, CAD, Material Handling, Production, and Install / Pick-Up.

Follow up with all departments throughout the day to track progress and troubleshoot issues as they occur.

Check all jobs at each Scheduling point for errors and/or missing or unclear information and follow up appropriately.

Finalize and distribute Material Handling, Production, and Install / Pick-Up paperwork.

Review Install Reports with installers and ensure instructions for the day are clearly understood.

Review previous day’s Install Reports with installers and ensure follow up tasks are documented and communicated appropriately.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
