**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using construction management software.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines are realistic and achievable.
- Analyze project progress and identify potential delays or issues that may impact the schedule.
- Review schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing accurate timeframes for tasks.
- Communicate regularly with team members to provide updates on schedule changes or adjustments.
- Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project scheduling within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of schematics and blueprint reading.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project timelines and identify potential risks.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- A background in project management is preferred but not mandatory.
