**Overview**

Qualifications / Job requirements:
1. Diploma / Degree in technical discipline (preferably in Mechanical engineering, Chemical engineering) or equivalent.

2. Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.

3. Able to provide solutions to various activities in business management systems.

4. Provide support in setting up process performance objectives (KPI), goals and process efficiency projects and their verification of effectiveness.

5. Provide support in training programs and tools for training verification.

6. Knowledge of PPAP submission requirements, FMEA methodology and provide leadership to quality department on such requirements.

7. Working knowledge of Gauge R& amp ;R, APQP, SPC, Capability Studies 8D.

8. Practical experience in inspection and measuring techniques.

9. Working knowledge of problem-solving techniques i.e. 8D Fishbone, 5 Whys etc.

10. Certified internal auditor for latest version of ISO-9001.

11. Able to maintain, monitor, change, update ISO-9001 and ISO14001 to latest versions of the standard.

12. Experience as Management Representative for ISO-9001/14001.

13. Previous experience in assisting to resolve and provide solutions to plants in internal and external issues preferably in automotive industry.

14. Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard.

15. Able to prepare management review presentations.

16. Able to schedule, conduct and maintain internal audit program.

17. Able to train the internal auditors.

18. Knowledge of IMDS portal.

19. Knowledge of customer portals.

20. Basic knowledge of ERP systems and schematics.

21. Familiar with various web portals for reporting of environmental reports.

22. Written and verbal communication skills.

23. Experience in communication with customers and suppliers.

24. Able to communicate with 3rd party accreditation bodies and auditors to schedule audits, resolve nonconformities and any other issues.

25. Monitor all internal and external environmental compliance requirements.

26. Complete CMRT, EMRT, REACH requirements by communicating with suppliers and customers.

27. Responsible for maintaining the specification database and compile specification review notes provided by plant team for any new or revised OEM specifications.

28. Responsible for updating AIAG core tool documents (CP, PFMEA, PFC, MSA and APQP tools).

29. Maintain the control plans and Process Parameter matrix for each process line.

30. Responsible for monitoring CQI audits at all plant locations and ensuring activities are completed timely.

This role is essential for maintaining high-quality production standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Pay: $115,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
