**You as the Corporate Quality Manager will**:
Oversee and support all of EllisDon’s Areas and business units in the continuous development, implementation, and improvement of the quality program
Establish company-wide quality objectives, systems, processes, tools, and best practices
Report on the overall effectiveness of the quality program, key quality risks, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and lead company-wide quality initiatives in line with the needs and objectives of the business
Develop and provide training on our quality management system, processes, tools, and best practices
Promote collaboration, alignment, and program integration between various Areas and business units
Support major project pursuits and proposals by identifying quality requirements, developing quality management narratives and write-ups, and providing input on required resources
Ensure effective processes are in place for monitoring and evaluating quality performance including conducting quality audits and managing quality program KPIs
Manage and control corporate Quality Management System documents

Is this the right role for you?

10 years of related experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of quality management systems and practices
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, Lead Auditor Certification is an asset
Experience developing and implementing quality plans on large/complex projects
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Self-directed, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
