You as a Corporate Quality Lead will:

• Support the continuous development and improvement of the corporate quality management system (QMS)
• Develop and implement strategies to promote consistent execution of the quality program across the company
• Train and mentor employees on the corporate quality management system and program initiatives
• Help aggregate and analyze quality performance data from across the business
• Work with various quality leaders and business units to develop area-specific strategies to improve quality performance
• Drive innovation in the quality program by leveraging emerging technologies, advanced tools, and data-driven insights
• Contribute to company initiatives that support continuous improvement, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing
• Provide quality management support to select high risk projects

Is this the right role for you?

• 5+ years of construction quality management experience
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
• Experience and exposure to a wide range of project types is an asset
