If you are a **Manual Machinist**, **Machinist, Machine Operator, CNC Operator** with experience in the field and want to showcase your talent and be a team player within the Basin organization with room for growth, **we are looking for you**

Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:

- Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes and mills
- Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects
- Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job
- Set up, program and operate all the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations.
- Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Mechanical aptitude and great understanding of tapered threads and blueprints
- VDF/Weiler conversational programming are assets
- Mathematic skills to solve problems
- Able to multi-task and work well under stress
- Self-motived, highly organized, detail-oriented
- Must be able to read/speak English fluently
- Conduct job hazard analysis worksheets, as required
- Participate in all HSE inspections
- Participate in 5S activities
- Participate in Kaizens always focusing on improvements
- Follow all company policies and procedures (QC, QA, HSE)
