**Job Title: Home Cleaner & Organizer with Home Support Skills**

**Job Type**: Part-Time/Casual/On Call - Weekends Flexible Hours
**Location**: Regional Municipality of Durham (Port Union to Bowmanville/Orano)
**Salary**: 17-21/hr
**Start Date**: [Immediate/January 18, 2025] - **We have an urgent need for Bowmanville/Oranao Area.**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Home Cleaner & Organizer** to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. This role goes beyond cleaning - we’re looking for someone who can also provide home support services, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently to make life easier for our household.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize spaces, including closets, pantries, and storage areas, to maximize functionality.
- Laundry care: washing, folding, ironing, and putting clothes away.
- Basic meal preparation or kitchen tidying (e.g., cleaning up after meals).
- Errand running: grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or similar tasks as needed.
- Monitoring household supplies and restocking when necessary.
- Light pet care (e.g., feeding or walking) if applicable.
- Adapting to specific preferences or needs of the household.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in home cleaning and organization (references required).
- Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to the needs of the household.
- Strong communication skills to understand and meet homeowner expectations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred/not required.
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods).
- Discretion and respect for privacy within the home.
- First Aid & CPR preferred
- Willingness to travel to different locations.
- Willingness to follow directions and adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and dietary, exercise, and medication plans.
- High School Diplom/ GED or higher education preferred but not required
- Very Good knowledge and command of English language skills
- Excellent references
- Ability to work shifts.
- *Working in an environment where there may be smoke and, or pets may be required._
